Karma & KPI wasn’t born in a fashion studio. It was born in the "Meeting-About-A-Meeting." It was born in the spreadsheets, the Q4 reviews, and the 6:00 PM coffee runs.
We are three friends who spent our days tracking KPIs but our hearts were always chasing Karma. We got bored of the "regular" designs—the plain, the soul-less, the fast-fashion clones. We wanted something that represented the modern Indian: someone who balances global ambition with deep-rooted culture.
So, we started designing after the logout chime. Karma & KPI is a tribute to the hustle, the corporate sarcasm we use to survive it, and the vibrant Indian culture that keeps us grounded.
